Pay Range: $50,000-$60,000

Job Description:

As the HR Manager at Colonial Security Services, you will be the driving force behind our people management and development. You will be responsible for developing and executing HR policies, managing employee relations, and promoting a positive workforce culture. This position requires a strategic thinker with excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for creating an exceptional work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement human resources strategies that align with the company’s mission, values, and business objectives.
  • Address employee concerns, disputes, and conflicts while maintaining a positive and harmonious work environment.
  • Plan and execute employee training and development programs to enhance skills and foster career growth.
  • Manage employee compensation, benefits programs, and performance appraisal processes.
  • Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Implement performance management systems and provide guidance to managers on setting and achieving performance goals.
  • Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture by organizing events and initiative that engage and motivate employees.
  • Ensure adherence to all relevant labor laws, regulations, and internal policies.
  • Analyze HR data to identify trends, improve HR processes, and make informed decisions.
  • Payroll functions such as processing, answering employee questions, fixing processing errors, and distributing checks.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or related field
  • Proven experience in human resources with at least 3 years of experience, including leadership roles.
  • Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Team leadership and management experience
  • Proficiency in HR software and systems
  • Strong problemsolving and decision-making abilities
