Location: In-person in Chestnut Hill, Philadelphia 19118
Hours: Tuesday-Thursday 8:00-4:30
Part-time
$17-$20/hr


We are looking for a dedicated Talent Support Associate to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in enhancing the candidate experience by supporting our recruitment efforts and ensuring a welcoming and seamless new hire process. 
 

Responsibilities:

  • Direct Incoming Calls: Answer phone calls and route them to the appropriate department or team member. 
  • Manage Filing Systems: Organize and maintain physical and digital files for HR documents, ensuring everything is up-to-date and confidential. 

  • Conduct Orientation Sessions: Help new hires get settled by leading orientation sessions that cover company policies and procedures. 

  • Respond to Inquiries with Application Links: Answer questions from candidates about job openings and provide them with links to apply.
  • Other duties as assigned. 

Requirements: 

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail 

  • Comfort with public speaking 

  • Professional communication skills for both phone and email interactions 

  • Eager to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment 

  • Familiarity with basic office software and willingness to learn new technologies as needed. 

 

Qualifications: 

  • High school diploma required; associate degree preferred 

  • Pursuing a bachelor’s degree is a plus 

  • Customer service experience is essential
