Title: HR/Administrative Assistant
Job-Type: Full-time 
Schedule: M-F 8am-4:30pm
Pay: $45k-$47k
On-site in Chestnut Hill area of Philadelphia

We are seeking a dynamic and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to various departments within the organization, with a primary focus on HR, payroll and operations. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, possess strong organizational skills, and have the ability to multiask in a fast-paced environment. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to multiple aspects of our business operations and grow within the company. 

Responsibilites: 
- Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks including answering phones, scheduling meetings, and managing emails.
- Support the HR department by assisting with recruitment efforts, onboarding new employees, and maintaining personnel records.
- Process payroll accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations. 
- Assist with employee relations by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and facilitating communication between employees and management. 
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive HR and payroll information. 
- Collaborate with other departments to support cross-functional initiatives and projects. 
- Assist with the compilation and analysis of data for reporting purposes. 
- Assist with data entry tasks and compliance tracking
- Assist the upper management team with pulling reports, entering data and tracking of project completion
- Perform other duties and special projects as assigned by management. 

Qualifications: 
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree (completed or in progress) preferred
- Proven experience in administrative support roles, with exposure to HR, payroll functions, and data entry preferred 
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively 
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with employees at all levels 
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as collaboratively within a team environment
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to take on new challenges
